I just realised it's the dude from Sky High

I noticed this too. I think I saw a couple of times where she looked like she was gonna twitch but didn’t. I always thought it was something she does involuntarily. Maybe it’s something she does have control over when she feels it’s necessary but most of the time it isn’t. It’s also interesting she didn’t wear the gold button earrings she wears a lot.

I always felt her mouth twitch was more due to her new veneers since Glee. I'm assuming they were specifically for Supergirl. Can't have Supergirl having slightly imperfect teeth. lol It's cute. Not a criticism. But I have noticed it not when just playing Kara. But Sun Dogs seemed like you said....You could almost see her about to do it, but catch herself.

I borrowed a friend’s Netflix account so I could watch this. I really liked it, it was a sweet story. I didn’t know Ed O’Neal was in it too. He’s underrated but highly respected among fellow actors.

What's interesting, too, is she even is successful in changing her body language. Melissa always has that quirk where she twitches her lips and nose, which tends to carry over into many of her characters. However, that's not the case with Tally. Successfully pulls back on it, IMO.

This is on my list of things to watch. Thanks for the reminder and feedback of the quality of the movie. It's not surprising to hear about Melissa as I have not really found anything that I have seen her in that wasn't well done.
